They charged us 500 baht for snorkelling, claiming to bring us to an off shore island, while it’s the same as the others which only charge 300 baht. Also the check out time is wrong. Trip.com says it’s 11:30 but when we arrived they say it’s been changed to 11. Also the noise is a huge issue especially for late night and early morning.

Everything is paid, the staff is rude, well, it's not cozy. The price does not match the quality of the rooms, they are just awful. But the place on the beach is magical, of course.

The room was clean but there were small ants, but it was normal at the beach. There were basically no facilities in the room. The location was very good, right at the beach. When you check in, you will be told to check out at 11 o'clock. When you check out, you can't negotiate a little later. It's 500 baht for an hour, but the check-out policy on Ctrip is 11:30. We spent 1,000 baht on a simple Chinese meal at the hotel on the day of check-in, and rented a motorcycle, but the staff didn't say anything about the check-out issue, but it's understandable, but you can't write 11:30 on Ctrip. It is recommended to find water sports outside by yourself, which is two-thirds cheaper than the price at the front desk. The breakfast is average and filling, with fried eggs, chicken sausage, porridge and bread slices, as well as coffee and drinks.

The location is very good, right outside the Tawen Beach. The room environment is like a hotel, and you still need a key to open the door. Children under 10 must pay for an extra bed, but they are actually just given a mat to sleep on the floor.
